定子是螺杆泵的一个关键部件，并直接影响到井下机组的寿命。定子制造质量越高，井下机组的寿命就越长。定子的作用就是提供转子工作和液体抽汲的螺旋腔，其结构非常简单，由钢制外壳和塑料／橡胶衬套内腔有双螺旋、三螺旋、四螺旋甚至五螺旋、六螺旋，在相同尺寸下，螺旋数越多，泵的排量越高。

Ｂ、转子

B, rotors

转子的结构也非常简单，主体是钢制杆件，一般外涂耐磨耐蚀的铬合金材料。其作用是传递动力和写定子形成密封腔。

Ｃ、回转筒

C, rotary barrel

回转筒也就是一根内径较大的油管或空心定子筒，接在定子的上部以给转子和抽油杆杆柱以较大的回旋空间，防止转子和抽油杆因偏心运动磨擦磨损油管。

Ｄ、限位器

D, limiting device

限位器为一个底部带限位板和流通通道的短节，接在定子的尾部，其作用是施工作业时给转子限位以防止下入过头而失去作用和杆柱脱落时防止杆柱掉入井底。

The limiting device is a short section with bottom limit plate and distribution channel, which is connected to the tail of the stator. Its function is to limit the rotor to the rotor during construction, so as to prevent it from falling into the overhead and lose its function and prevent the rod from falling into the bottom when the rod string falls off.

Ｅ、抽油杆扶正器

E, sucker rod centralizer

抽油杆扶正器由心轴和扶正筒组成，它接在两根抽油杆之间，被卡在两个抽油杆接箍之间。心轴也就是一要极短的抽油杆短节。扶正筒是一个内孔比心轴大１ＭＭ左右的空心塑料筒，外部有四个略比油管内径小的扶正翼，采取浇注成型。扶正筒可以围绕心轴转动，防止抽油杆旋转时与内壁接触而磨蚀油管，又可以让流体通过。

F, sucker rod

所使用的抽油杆是常用的普通抽油杆、空心抽油杆和连续抽油杆，可根据油井确定。

Ｇ、定子扶正器

G, stator centralizer

定子扶正器为有一定弹性的笼形装罩，每一对由两半构成，中间大、两端小。作用是使定子居中和减小定子的摆动。

Ｈ、锚定装置

H, anchoring device

对于没有封隔器的井和泵挂深度浅的井，用于固定定子、消除摆动和防止定子脱扣。采用普通的锚定装置即可。

For wells without packers and shallow wells with deep pumps, it is used to fix the stator, eliminate the swinging and prevent the tripping of the stator. A common anchoring device can be used.
